NERVIO is a single-player investigative fiction game. This policy explains, in plain terms, what data the app touches, what it doesn't, and who handles what — including the parts handled by Google rather than by us.
NERVIO has no account system, no sign-in, and no server of our own. Your case progress — which files you've opened, which leads you've followed, your language setting — is saved only on your device, in the app's local storage. It is never transmitted to us, because there is nowhere for it to go: we operate no backend that receives it.
We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data through the app itself.
The full-case unlock is processed entirely through Google Play Billing. When you buy it, your payment details go to Google — we never see your card number, billing address, or payment method. We receive only a purchase token confirming the unlock is yours, which the app uses to enable content locally.
That transaction is covered by Google's own Privacy Policy, since Google is the merchant of record for the purchase, not us.
The app requests the minimum Android permissions needed to run billing and load its own content — nothing tied to your identity or device sensors:
NERVIO never requests camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage access.
NERVIO carries no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, and no third-party tracker of any kind. Google Play Billing is the only external service the app talks to, and only at the moment of purchase or restore.
Since your save data lives only on your device, deleting it is entirely in your hands: clearing the app's storage or uninstalling NERVIO erases it completely, immediately, and for good. We hold no copy to delete on our end, because we never had one.
Your purchase record is retained by Google against your Google account, governed by Google's own retention rules; you can review or manage it from the Google Play app.
NERVIO is a narrative crime-investigation game written for a general, adult-leaning audience, not designed or marketed for children. It collects no personal data regardless of the player's age.
